Shipping Charges-Taxes and Title

All shipments are F.O.B. Ontario, California via common carrier. The carrier choice is PlayMusic123.com sole decision. PlayMusic123.com reserves the right to change carrier at any time. Each shipment sent to a post office box in the USA will incur a $15.00 surcharge and the shipment will not be traceable. PlayMusic123.com ships all packages with no signature guarantee; you must agree to delivery without the recipient‘s signature. Oversize and heavyweight items are shipped via Freight service. Lift gate or inside delivery assistance is not available. Oversize (extremely large or bulky) or heavy shipments may result in additional charges. Carrier schedules are subject to circumstances beyond our control, all oversize shipping orders will be deliver within 30 business days depending location.

PlayMusic123.com accepts returns only within 45 days from the date your order was placed. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging and product intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit. Returned merchandise must be in our location within forty-five days from the date of purchase. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. PlayMusic123.com will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise excluding shipping fees.

Shipping Damage: PlayMusic123.com will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service or if the item(s) shipped using your shipping account/carrier. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:
PlayMusic123.com will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the customer and/or our client fail to follow the proper procedure.
Procedure for items shipped via "non-freight" service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc...
1. The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; DHL at 1-800-Call-DHL or FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx, UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
2. After DHL, FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment notify PlayMusic123.com of the situation via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the PlayMusic123.com invoice/receipt number and your purchase order number as well as a description of the damage.
3. PlayMusic123.com will replace the shipment at no additional cost after PlayMusic123.com has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
Procedure for items shipped via freight service such as FedEx Freight, Watkins, etc...
1. The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.
2. The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment.
3. PlayMusic123.com will replace the item at no additional cost to the vendor after PlayMusic123.com has verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks or more.
Play Music Direct will not issue credit for unpaid merchandise. PlayMusic123.com will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment or merchandise without the original packaging. PlayMusic123.com will not issue call tags for returns. PlayMusic123.com does not accept returns for any costume or costume accessory item. PlayMusic123.com will issue only credit for an eligible return.

PlayMusic123.com will charge shipping errors to your account unless PlayMusic123.com is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, address change/correction charges and any costs for reshipment. It is customer responsibility to ensure our email addresses are included in "Allow List" and/or "Address Book" of your e-mail program. PlayMusic123.com is not responsible for email notifications not delivered. Please make sure to request confirmation for any request made by email. PlayMusic123.com makes email confirmation by providing an email ID number.
Order Cancellations may be done within 8 hrs unless product has been shipped or/and the order has been processed; for order cancellation a 3.5% will be charged for merchant processing fee. In the event the order has been processed and/or shipped PlayMusic123.com will not be able to cancel the order.

Prior to shipping each instrument is inspected by skilled technicians at our distribution center. However, because Musical instruments are fragile can get out of adjustment in the shipping process. If this occurs you may need to adjust your new instrument. Some items require assemble or set up, it is customer responsibility to do this process such as tuning, adjustments, removing packaging or protective supports. If you need help with your new instrument you can contact us for instructions.
