SHIPPING INFORMATION


WHAT QUALIFIES FOR $7 SHIPPING?

  • Valid on all Web and Phone Orders.
  • Good for Ground shipping to the lower 48 US states only. (Exclude AK, HI, P.R. PO Box)
  • Regular shipping charges apply for Oversized Items, International Shipments and all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO / APO and PO Box addresses.

We also offer Next Day, 2 Day and Express service. Our ground shipping is sent via FedEx or USPS. Oversized items need to ship via truck. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can track your order anytime by clicking on My Account in the navigational menu above.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days and hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST, excluding holidays and weekends). Expedite shipping service in not available during weekends.

Some restrictions on shipping abroad are imposed by the certain manufacturers, please contact us for details. Orders to be shipped to APO and FPO addresses can only be delivered by the US Postal Service. A few oversized items we sell can not be delivered to APO and FPO addresses because of US Postal Service size restrictions.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

 

If you need to return an item: Please CONTACT US  EMAIL US at sales@playmusic123.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), after arrival and inspection your corresponding refund will be process.

 

Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund appear in your bank statement, this time can very depending your bank policies.

 


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING?

 

PlayMusic123.com will cover all damaged items by the shipping carrier. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:

 

Procedure for items shipped via "non-freight" service such as FedEx and UPS:

 

1.       The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; DHL at 1-800-Call-DHL or FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx, UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.

 

2.       After DHL, FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment notify PlayMusic123.com of the situation via EMAIL at sales@playmusic123.com. Include the PlayMusic123.com invoice/receipt number and your purchase order number as well as a description of the damage.

 

3.   PlayMusic123.com will replace the shipment at no additional cost after the shipping carrier has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment, this process usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

 

4.       PlayMusic123.com will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the customer and/or our client fail to follow the proper procedure.

 

Procedure for items shipped via freight service such as FedEx Freight, Watkins, Saia, etc:

 

1.       The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.

 

2.       The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment.

 

3.       PlayMusic123.com will replace the item at no additional cost to the vendor after PlayMusic123.com has verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment.

 

4.       PlayMusic123.com will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the customer and/or our client fail to follow the proper procedure.

 


WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?
